Lessons Learned

Recently OAFTO decide to form a committee (OFSCI) to create summary information for particular major incidents. Based on factual information that could be shared. Hopefully everyone will benefit and possibly it will help to keep your responding staff safe. These “Hot Sheets” provide you with verified facts about the incidents.

If anyone has information about a particular incident they would like to see compiled into a hot sheet contact any committee member.

The “Ontario Fire Service Critical Incidents” (OFSCI) Heat Sheets, detail important lessons learned and suggestions regarding some recent incidents.
